Physically, it can lead to headaches, sleep issues, and heart conditions.
Emotionally, it can cause constant worry, fear, or irrational anger.
It can also impact our spiritual lives by forcing us to doubt God’s plan for us, interfering with our lives, and preventing us from fully trusting in His care.
